Ly6/PLAUR Domain-Containing Protein 1 (LYPD1) is a cell membrane protein which contains one UPAR/Ly6 domain. LYPD1 preproprecursor is a 141 amino acids which contains a signal sequence (amino acids 1-20), a mature region (amino acids 21-117), and a propeptide (amino acids 118-141) that is cleaved from the preproprecursor.
